Following FCA approval, on 27 November 2020, ‘Miton’ was added to the name of the fund to reflect the merger of Premier Asset Management Group plc and Miton Group plc which took place in November 2019 to form the Premier Miton group. The objective of the fund is to provide total returns comprised of capital growth and income over the long-term, being five years or more. Five years is also the minimum recommended period for holding shares in this fund. This does not mean that the fund will achieve the objective over this, or any other, specific time period and there is a risk of loss to the original capital invested. The Premier Miton Diversified Cautious Growth Fund is part of our Diversified fund range that includes four growth-focussed funds that aim to achieve long-term total returns. Each of the four growth-focussed funds is managed with a different risk profile in mind, with the aim of allowing clients to invest in a fund that reflects their own risk profile. The funds are managed by the same investment team and invest in a multi-asset portfolio across fixed income, company shares, property shares and alternative assets. Each fund will have different investment allocations to reflect their different risk profiles. The four growth-focussed Diversified funds are as follows: Lower expected risk profilePremier Miton Diversified Cautious Growth FundPremier Miton Diversified Balanced Growth FundPremier Miton Diversified Growth FundPremier Miton Diversified Dynamic Growth FundHigher expected risk profile For an income focused Diversified fund see Premier Miton Diversified Income Fund Many funds sold in the UK are grouped into sectors by the Investment Association (the trade body that represents UK investment managers), to facilitate comparison between funds with broadly similar characteristics. The fund is classified in the IA Mixed Investment 20% to 60% shares sector which we believe is a meaningful comparator to help investors assess the performance of the fund. There is no guarantee that the fund will achieve its objective. The full investment objective and investment policy for the fund are published in the fund’s Prospectus. The past performance of an investment is not a guide to its future performance; the value of an investment and any income from it can go down as well as up. There is a risk that you could get back less than you invested.
