Following FCA approval, on 27 November 2020, ‘Miton’ was added to the name of the fund to reflect the merger of Premier Asset Management Group plc and Miton Group plc which took place in November 2019 to form the Premier Miton group. The aim of the fund is to achieve capital growth over the long-term. The Premier Miton Ethical Fund looks to produce long-term capital growth by mainly investing in the shares of companies whose business is based on ethical or socially responsible principles. The fund will be mainly invested in UK companies. The fund will actively seek to invest in companies which benefit the community or the environment whilst avoiding those with any significant involvement in gambling, the arms trade or other activities considered to have an adverse overall effect on health, the environment or human dignity. The FTSE4Good UK index represents the performance of companies, traded on the London Stock Exchange, which meet globally recognised environmental, social and governance criteria. As these are characteristics that we broadly look for when selecting companies in which to invest, we believe this is a meaningful comparator to help investors assess performance of the fund. There is no guarantee that the fund will achieve its objective. The full investment objective and investment policy for the fund are published in the fund’s Prospectus. The past performance of an investment is not a guide to its future performance; the value of an investment and any income from it can go down as well as up. There is a risk that you could get back less than you invested.
