Premier Asset Management Group plc is the parent company of Premier Portfolio Managers Limited and Premier Fund Managers Limited, collectively known as Premier.
Premier’s business is a UK retail asset management with a focus on delivering good investment outcomes for investors through relevant products and active management across its range of investment strategies, which include multi-asset, equity and absolute return funds. Premier is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in its supply chains or business. Premier’s supply chain includes administrative support and services from large global institutional banks and commercial entities. As a firm with relatively simple supply chains Premier believes that there is limited risk of slavery or human trafficking taking place. Notwithstanding this, Premier is committed to developing initiatives to prevent slavery or human trafficking in its supply chains. Material suppliers are subject to an appropriate level of due diligence on their appointment and on an ongoing basis, and are required to certify that they are in compliance with the MSA.
Premier is not aware of any of its suppliers which do not comply with the MSA, and as it does not have intricate or complex supply chains, no further action with regards to slavery and human trafficking has been deemed necessary at this time.
In addition, Premier has robust policies in place to ensure it complies with the Financial Conduct Authority rules on a variety of issues relating to financial crime, corruption, bribery, money laundering and whistle-blowing. Premier provides training to relevant staff on these matters. Where appropriate, all employees have the necessary documentation to legally work in the UK and no-one under the legal minimum age for admission to work is or will be employed.
This statement is made pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Premier’s slavery and human trafficking statement.

When you invest, your money is at risk because the value of investments, and any income from them, can go down as well as up and you could get back less than you invested. The past performance of an investment is not a guide to how it will perform in the future. Because there are many different types of investment risk and investors have different attitudes to risk, we are not able to categorise our investments as having a specific level of risk. We would therefore strongly recommend that if you do not have professional experience in matters relating to investments, you should speak with a financial adviser before making an investment decision.
Premier Asset Management is not authorised to provide investment advice or tax advice. Before making an investment decision, it is also important that you read the key documentation for that investment which is available in the literature section of the website, by contacting a financial adviser or by getting in touch with us directly. See ‘Contact us’ for more information or if you are unsure. You can find more details about the specific risks and literature that are relevant to each type of investment on the individual fund, portfolio or investment trust website pages.
