If you are an existing user of the Premier Online Valuation Service, please note that from Monday 21st November 2016 you will see a change to the login process.
Ensuring the ongoing security of your investment account is very important to us, and to maintain this we are making some changes, which will require you to re-register for this service, using a one off enrolment process. This will also allow you to register your device/s (e.g., computer, laptop); select from or create your own security questions and answers, as well as adding a telephone number (if not already provided). Therefore the first time that you log-in after Monday 21st November, you will be asked to follow a number of steps to activate the enhanced security features and access your account. Naturally, we will aim to make this process as straightforward as possible, but if you do encounter any problems, please do get in touch using the contact details above and we can help guide you through.
To access the service, simply click on the link and follow the log-in process. You should have received a letter from us detailing your new log-in details. However, as an added layer of security, you will also need to use an ‘enrolment code’ to register for the new service. This has been emailed to you separately. If you have not received your enrolment code, please contact our Client Services Team using the details above.
